Pilates has never been more popular. But between studio prices, busy weeks and dark winter evenings, a lot of us end up doing our sessions on the living-room floor — with whatever we have to hand.

The name
Mouvelle comes from mouvement — French for movement. Slow, controlled, intentional movement is what Pilates is all about.
