The Essentials Kit covers most beginner mat Pilates routines. Start with the lightest band and focus on slow, controlled movement. Our accessories guide explains what each prop is for.
Do I need a special mat?
A cushioned mat makes lying and kneeling exercises more comfortable than a thin yoga mat. Our 8 mm mat is designed for floor work.
Why wear grip socks?
Many reformer studios ask for them, and they help you stay steady on smooth floors at home.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard tracked delivery is £3.95, free on orders over £35. See our Delivery page.
Can I return an item?
Yes, unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns policy. For hygiene reasons, socks must be returned unworn.
