Small, soft and surprisingly challenging. The Pilates mini ball adds a little instability to your exercises, so your deep core and stabilising muscles have to work to keep you steady — or gives gentle support under your back during stretches.

How to use it

Lying on your back, place the ball between your knees and squeeze gently while you breathe out, or slide it under your sacrum to support a bridge. Seated, place it behind your lower back to support your posture. Don't over-inflate: the ball should give slightly under pressure.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth. Keep away from sharp objects, heat sources and direct sunlight.

Use the straw provided to blow it up, then insert the plug. No pump needed.
