How to use it

Use the ring and mini ball for core and inner-thigh work, the fabric band for legs and glutes, the long bands for arms and stretching, and the weights to add gentle resistance to leg lifts and arm sequences. Start with no weights or the lightest band and build up gradually.

Care

Wipe the ring, ball and weights with a damp cloth. Hand wash the bands in cold water and dry flat, away from direct heat.
