Delivery

Delivery area: we currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options and costs Standard tracked delivery £3.95, free on orders over £35.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Depending on the product and stock availability, orders may be fulfilled through our international fulfilment partners before entering the UK delivery network. Estimated delivery dates are also shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, customs processing, incorrect delivery details or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Tracking When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery address Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mouvelle.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
